Mainly products are all kind of valves and castings which include grey iron, ductile iron and steel casting more than 1000 kinds of in it.
It has 2 DISA lines calling Vertical or horizontal parting flask-less shoot pressure molding machine imported from Danmark. Capacity exceed 1000 tons per month in grey iron and ductile iron castings with size 600×600 mm suitable.
Steel casting is investment with sodium silicate and lost wax process
in carbon or alloy steel material which should be less than 100 kilograms, as well as manual molding with ZFS-KL or epoxy resins technique in bigger casting both in our company.
The machining has three CNC center and ability to normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering heat process.
Test instruments include Brinell hardness, strength test, metalloscope and spectrum analyzer, X-Ray, CMM, etc.
With own customs declaration has exported valves and castings to Asia, Europe and the America as ISO9001, TS16949 is in.
